Alumnus Bart is originally from the Atlanta area. He graduated with an M.A. German from UGA in May 2022, and was voted by faculty as Outstanding German T.A. In 2019, he completed a bachelor’s degree in Modern Language & Culture (German) from Kennesaw State University. Bart has studied abroad and pursued education in Germany at both the high school (Gymnasium) and college levels. He hopes to pursue a career in multimedia translation and localization. Interests include cooking, reading, and travel, plus Bart is an avid fan of TV and movies. He also curates German language music playlists. Feel free to ask for any recommendations! Post-graduation, he accepted a position as Compliance Officer with Bridge Capital Associates in Atlanta.
