The Department of Germanic and Slavic Studies is excited to announce a new Russian language study abroad program that will take place from June to July of 2024.

The program is designed to provide students interested in Russian language and culture with an opportunity to get a full-immersion educational experience. Set in two of the most culturally rich and distinct countries of the Caucasus region–Armenia and Georgia–students will have an immersive experience in the incredibly vibrant and diverse cultural life of the region, experientially learning its rich musical, culinary, literary, cinematic, religious, and architectural practices and traditions. Situated for three full weeks in Yerevan and Tbilisi each, the students will also embark on excursions to the most important cultural regions and sites in both Armenia and Georgia.

Come join us in 2024!
