Trevor Ramsey is the Administrative Specialist for the Department of Germanic and Slavic Studies, where he supports the department's operations and serves as a point of contact for faculty, staff, and students.
Trevor holds a Ph.D. in Linguistics from the University of Georgia and dual B.A. degrees in Linguistics and German from the University of Oklahoma. Before joining the department in his current role, he spent over a decade at UGA as an instructor and teaching assistant in German and Linguistics. He was an active member of the Linguistics Society at UGA from 2012 til 2023 (serving as Treasurer from 2014–2015) and was a founding member and 2015 chair of the department's Linguistics Conference.
