Save the date! The Department of Germanic & Slavic Studies will honor our Spring 2022 graduates and present awards to students. The virtual ceremony will be held on a Zoom webinar on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at 3:30pm, and will feature personalized profiles of each grad and award winner. Families and friends are invited! Graduates, Awards Recipients, and their families are invited to join us in celebrating all of our 2017 German and Russian graduates, as well as all of our students who are recieving scholarships and grants, or who have been accepted into internships and exchange programs.
GSS recognizes fall and summer graduates and award winners at this annual event.  Reception to follow.
The 2015 Spring Commencement exercise will be held on Friday, May 8, 2015 at 7 p.m. in Sanford Stadium. The Graduate ceremony will be held earlier that day at 10 a.m. in Stegeman Coliseum. Doors for both ceremonies open an hour and a half prior to the events. The ceremonies will be broadcast live on Channel 15 of the University Cable System and Channel 181 of the Charter Cable System.
